This lovely 4 bed villa is for weekly holiday lets and has 4 bedrooms, and a private pool. Located 5 min drive from Pervolia restaurants and village, a car is advisable. Locally there is a 24 hr shop and bakery.
All 4 bedrooms have Italian beds and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and views from the balcony across tha farmland, and the sea in the distance. The other front bedroom has the same views. The other two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, have pool mountain and village views. Family bathroom plus separate WC downstairs.
The lounge has TV and Dvd with selection of DVD's and CD's. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside around the pool, are sun loungers, table chairs table tennis. Bed linen provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
2 min walk to main road in Kiti, where you can walk to a Pizzaria, kebab house, restaurant and bakeries. Water sports can be found at McKenzie beach in larnaca a 10 min drive away. The airport is 8km away and some aircraft noise may be heard at times, although this shouldn't interfere with your holiday enjoyment.
This villa is located close to EC63 ideal for large family groups.
