This 3 bedroomed Ayia Thekla holiday villa  is located in a quiet cul de sac, with a private pool at the front of the villa. Ayia napa is 4km away so car or taxi advisable.Potomas fishing port and beach is 5 minutes drive from the Villa and boasts two fish restaurants which offer a varied menu. Waterworld water park is a 3 min drive away. Various boat trips are available from Ayia Napa harbour.  Most of the boat trips usually stop out at sea to allow the passengers to have a swim, go snorkelling so go prepared just in case the deep water beckons. Local activities in Ayia Napa include water-skiing, tennis, paragliding, walking and fishing. Sightseeing opportunities include visits to archaeological sites, monasteries, museums and local villages.  Cruises to Rhodes, Egypt and Israel are also available . Ayia Thekla is small quiet residential up market area yet it's on the main road which runs from Ayia Napa – Sotira.There are 2 small supermarkets in Ayia Thekla. The beach at Ayia Thekla is sandy with shallow waters.  we also have EC60 AND EC49 also in this cul de sac.

We go to the same area nearly every year and I used to workfor the UN so i was familiiar with the locality.
Everything was prompt and I am satisfied with the service I received. Great property in the best location where it is quiet and close enough to Ayia Napa for you to enjoy,everything there without the noise. Excellent all round property and deal. We will probably go again next year but probably more of my family will want to come this time as it was so good this year.


I found everything to be exactly as described. Even having booked a late stay the booking procedure was simple and straightforward. The villa was spotlessly clean. The management company were extremely prompt, efficient and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We were very well looked after and given exceptional service. A big thank you to Martin & Gill. The villa had everything we needed although, a second bathroom would have been beneficial for a party of 6. We found the information pack very useful. we've stayed in the area before and hope to return many more times. I was more than happy with all aspects of the service offered.
