Ayia napa villa for rent

This 3 bed villa in Ayia napa for families, sleeps 6 persons. Private pool at rear with sun loungers table and chairs. 2 twin rooms, and a double with ensuite. Family bathroom and downstairs wc. Please note there are unfinished villas[ which have been like this for a while now]  at the front of this villa with a dirt road as access. If we become aware that the building work will re start, we will negotiate with the owner on price. As the pool is at the rear you may not be affected by this but you can see the buildings outside the lounge window. March 2008 update- no further building work has taken place. Exactly as on photos

This villa is strictly for families rather than all males/all female parties. Nissi beach is approx 10 min walk away and the centre of Ayia napa is approx 45 mins walk, although there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops way before this and en route. [ ayia napa is vastly spread out and is not just in the centre]
