Location! Location! Location! The position of this luxurious property is absolutely superb. It is located between luxury hotels (next to the Capo Bay hotel). The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning, with panoramic views across Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach. Ideal for couples and families who want to be close to the beach and nightlife. Perfect for beach lovers and water sports fans. Fully air-conditioned/heated. Available from July 2008.
Fully air-conditioned and full central heating for wintertime. Luxurious communal swimming pool and baby pool with fabulous sea views. The beautiful, clear turquoise sea is only about 200m away from the apartment. Fig Tree Bay, with its white sandy beach, is excellent for families because the sea is calm and is quite shallow towards the beach, providing a safe play area for children. Volleyball pitch nearby. The main Protaras strip with its karaoke bars, restaurants and shops is just 250m from the apartment so it isn't necessary to hire a car, unless you are planning to travel further afield.This apartment is currently undergoing refurbishment but will be ready by the end of April 2008. We are taking bookings from 1 July 2008 as a precautionary measure in case of any further slight delays, though this is highly unlikely. The main strip in Protaras is about 250m away from the apartment with all its nightlife, entertainment and excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Ayia Napa, with its white sandy beaches, water park and clubs is about a 10 min drive away. The traditional small town of Paralimni is a 10 min drive away.The only thing that you might need a car for is to go to the largest and cheapest supermarket in Paralimni for food shopping once a week. Balcony with seating for 4 persons. Plenty of space for the kids to run around in just below the apartment in the shared communal areas.
