This superb Fig tree bay holiday  villa is located one min walk from Fig tree bay and 5 min walk from Protaras centre.This holiday villa near Fig tree bay is complete with private swimming pool.  The 4th bedroom is in the loft and is accessed via pull down loft ladders, so not suitable for elderly. [ more suitable for tennager as loft opening is small]  3 double beds and 1 twin. 1 bathroom and wc downstairs. Located opposite EC6 villa, ideal for large wedding party or family. Popular villa so book early.

Well this is my first day back to work after a fabulous holiday in Cyprus. The villa was ideal and very fit for purpose - we were two couples, one with a young child. This is the first time I have stayed in a villa - we have been to Cyprus on many occasions but usually stayed in hotels. The villa was much more sociable and meant we were able to put the young one to bed and have a room and terrace to have meals, etc. The location was fine - we already knew approximately where the villa was situated and the proximity to the beach.We were all very satisfied with everything and would like to thank you for the ease in which we were able to book our holiday and ensuring it was a success.

All in all very inpressed with the Villa. The only let down was the 4th bedroom. There wasn't enough room to get up and down there properly and the fact that we had a toddler running around meant that we couldn't leave the loft hatch down. Also we couldn't get a case up there. I would recommend that you advertise this as a 3/4 bedroom with a room in the loft in future.
The location was good. It was only a couple of minutes away from the beach and pool and about 10 minutes away from the main strip.
