You enter the open plan lounge with leather settees, a double sofa bed and Satellite TV [ local channels not sky] DVD and Video. Dining and fully equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom downstairs with an adjacent WC. Upstairs is a twin and double sharing a shower wc and wash basin, and access to a balcony at the front of the villa. In the further double bedroom, there is an ensuite bath over bath shower wc and basin. Seaviews. Shutters on all windows. Quiet residential area.
Air conditioned throughout, linen and bath towels provided. Outside the private pool is to the side of the villa, with a raised decking area overlooking the pool. Sun loungers, table chairs, gas BBQ, parking and garden.
This villa is located half way up the hill past St Elias church, which is lit up at night, on a development with other similar villas. Paralimni town centre is approx 8 min drive away, Ayia napa approx 15 min drive away. Due to the nature of the steep climb back, a taxi or car may be to your advantage but not strictly necessary. Fig Tree bay with water sports within Protaras centre, and an abundance of bars shops, restaurants and entertainment.
