| Vrysoulles 3 bed villa- Kelefos Villa is a 3 bed villa with private pool and hot tub. Located in a residential area with shops, a bank and taverna's close by. The nearest beaches at Ayia napa and Protaras are a 20 min drive away. A car is advisable.
We have the villa next door for rent also [ EC46] making it deal for families holidaying together.
3 bedrooms consist of 1 twin and 1 double upstairs. Fully air conditioned, and with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. There is also access to a large balcony at the front of the property.
Downstairs is a further bedroom/ sitting room. Guests can use this room as a 3rd bedroom [ double pull out sofa bed] or as a sitting room.
In this downstairs room, there is an en suite shower, wc and fitted wardrobes.
Downstairs is a comfortable lounge with satellite TV [ some English Sky channels included] DVD CD player and selection of games and books, Kitchen diner, and further WC. Linen, bath and pool towels provided.
Outside there are sun loungers to use around the private pool, gas BBQ, parasol,
Table, chairs and a hot tub. Room for parking on the driveway. A welcome pack can be provided for 20CYP payable locally, and you will be met at Larnaca airport and be escorted to the villa. [only when hiring a car from the airport, does not apply to taxi transfers]
